Network Control Technician

Yoh has a contract opportunity for a NETWORK OPERATIONS ANALYST I to join our client in Overland Park, KS.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Maintaining CDMA and Wireline network telephone number inventories.
- This position is for the support of customer/network ticket resolution as well as other ADHOC issues affecting customers with regard to Number Management roles and responsibilities.
- Three to four (3-4) years of telecommunications experience; preferably with routing or switching. Familiarity with the North American Dialing Plan.
- Demonstrates capacity for taking ownership of issues through/to resolution.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

- Bachelor's Degree or higher is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Strong business acumen with a proven track record of meeting objectives.
- Ability to work with people from various backgrounds.
- Proven ability to build strong relationships, negotiate and resolve conflicts both internally and externally.
- Proven ability to communicate both written and orally to peers and higher level management.
- Takes a logical and orderly approach to analysing problems, organizing work and planning actions.
