Network Control & Management Plan Developer

Responsible for end to end Network Control and Management Plan development.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Analyze network design for network and services infrastructures to proactively identify potential network risks.
- Detailed call flow analysis, busy hour traffic modelling, and network failure scenarios analysis and field data measurement, analysis and reporting.
- Propose and develop end-to-end network overload control and management plan to mitigate network risks.
- Develop network management requirements and solutions for end-to-end network performance and fault management.
- Network Management design from end-to-end network perspective which include KPIs, critical alarms, vertical and horizontal correlation rules, provisioning and auditing, network design, time synch mechanism, gaps and solutions, overload detection and management, inputs for capability testing, functional and non-functional requirements for IT, feature request for vendors, and requirements to improve Operations process.
- Collaborate with network architects and Operations staffs to create system requirements and test cases for end-to-end monitoring and troubleshooting of new mobility services.
- Analyze technical design and vendor implementation data and identify operations support gaps and recommend solutions.
- Project manage as required. Or participate on a project team.
