Network Consulting Engineers - Wi-Fi, Design, Planning & Integration

Flint is seeking Network Consulting Engineers (NCE) with strong Wi-Fi, Design, Planning and Integration skills to join our client, a global blue chip organisation.

This role is a 12 month contract based in Australia with the option to be in Melbourne or Sydney.

EXPERIENCE: 

- Strong knowledge of end-to-end wireless network.
- End to end WiFi Architecture and SP WiFi network elements 

Experience (5+ years) in Cell site design of UMTS and LTE or WiFi Networking, Controllers, Access Points and network manager tools. 
- 3G/4G - UMTS/W-CDMA, HSPA, GPRS and GSM
-  Deployment experience of RF field tuning/optimization, interference measurement/tracking. 
- Background in provisioning and maintenance (debug/diagnostics) of wireless switching/routing equipment.
- Expert with testing, network trouble-shooting and tracing call flows and Wireless Survey in a SP WiFi network. 
- Experience capacity planning, frequency planning and carrier/interference (C/I) ratio analysis.

DESIRABLE CERTIFICATIONS: 

- CCIE-Wireless, CCNP-Wireless, CCNA-Wireless 

Candidate must have experience working in an onsite customer environment.

Excellent communication skills, fluent in written and spoken English. .

Good organizational skills and ability to prioritize daily activities.
