Network Consulting Engineer Required.

Location: Saudi Arabia/Riyadh

- Five to Ten year's experience in Cisco IP Telephony/UC on UCS/HCS domain
- Experience in Designing, implementing of Cisco UC Solutions
- In-depth knowledge on Cisco Cloud based Collaboration solutions such as HCS, HUCS
- Experience on Cisco HCS, UC on UCS - CUCDM/VoSS, HCM-F, PCA
- Experience on Cisco UC Components like CallManager, Unity, Unity Connection, Presence, Gateways, ISDN, H323, SIP, MGCP, and CUSP
- SMB UC application knowledge - CME, CUE,
- UC specific SNMP understanding - CUOM, PCA
- In-depth knowledge on vmware and virtualization concepts.
-Gateways and protocols - PGW 2200, ISR G1 and ISR G2 Routers. SIP, H323, MGCP, CUBE enterprise and SP
-Microsoft products - Active Directory, Exchange and Microsoft integration strategies with Cisco UC products. Lync
- Cisco UCS B series and C Series hardware.
- Expertise in creating backup strategies and maintaining high availability.
- Expertise in supporting Day 2 activities specifically for Cisco cloud based UC solutions like HCS and HUCS
- Escalations and Vendor management handling skills
