NETWORK CONSULTANT - JUNIOR
Trainee Wireless Telecoms Consultant.
As a Global player in the Telecommunications industry we are looking for recent graduates in the area of Electronics, Computer Science or Telecommunications, who would like to learn and grow with us. Does this prospect appeal to you? Then you will find us the ideal place to start. Our international trainee program prepares you for international assignments within LCC International.
Upon successful completion of the 5 month training course you will be offered a 1 year employment contract. Employment contracts will be extended based on success and agreement by both parties.
LCC is the largest independent telecom services company in the world with local presence in over 25 countries, is a recognized leader in providing consulting and network services to the telecommunications industry.
To achieve this you will be given ample opportunities for specific training and personal development. The international trainee program is scheduled to last 5 months. Whereby 4 months are spent in one of our foreign subsidiaries. The time spent there offers you the chance of building up an international network for your future field of activities LCC. In addition you will work on exciting topics in other specialist areas. To a large extent it is up to you to decide the direction in which you would like develop.
We place great importance on you adapting to your new job with the aid of mentors who will support you all the way. There will be talks at regular intervals in which you will receive feedback as to your personal and professional development.
We offer the international trainee program in the field of Wireless Telecom Consultancy starting on the 1st of February 2013. The training period will be global oriented; the majority of the future assignments will be in Europe.

We want to provide our trainees with ability and skills for various technical or managerial tasks after the one-year training period has successfully been completed.
During this program we offer trainees training and on-the-job experience in different projects across the globe.
During the time spent abroad LCC will pay for accommodation and other extra costs (flights, insurances, etc.).
Trainees will have their own individual mentors to guide them through the program as well as local mentor in each of the country they will be staying.
