Network Consultant (Cisco/Dynamic Routing etc)

The contract is with a consultancy to be on an assignment to a large European site in central Brussels as follows:- Required experience/competences:

- - Cisco network devices (Cisco Switches, Routers and Firewalls (ASA) - Cisco Certifications
- - Advanced networking (dynamic routing, HA setups)
- - Network services (DHCP, DNS, NTP, ...)
- - Network access management and authentication principles (eg Radius server)
- - VPN connectivity (IPSec site-to-site & SSL end-user)
- - Secure WIFI technologies (Cisco Meraki technology)
- - Monitoring tools (eg EyesOfNetwork, Nagios, Cacti)
- - Antivirus technology and central policy management (eg Kaspersky)
- - Software distribution/deployment management (goal is to push deployment of software eg GPO's)
- - Active Directory and domain controllers including forests and interdomain trusts
- - Virtualization technology (VMWare ESX)
- - Backup (Acronis backup server)
- - Cloud-hosted environments (IaaS/SaaS)
- - Management of applications, database (SQL Server) and backup Servers
- - VOIP & Unified Communications (hosted)
- - ITIL-base service management
- - Procedure creation, execution and review
- - Documentation
