Network Construction Manager

DESCRIPTION OVERALL PURPOSE:

Manages projects from initiation through delivery. Responsible for meeting the project requirements and managing project scope, quality, schedule, budget, resources, and risk.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
1) Establishes and assembles project teams, and coordinates activities.
2) Develops detailed work plans, project estimates, status reports, project tracking and analysis.
3) Performs economic and other analysis as required to achieve the best least cost.
4) Manages access for network of preferred access vendors to ensure that we provide the highest level of service and reliability for our customers.
5) Manages and obtains Customer Concurrence through direct and indirect communication with Customers and Account Teams as well as managing critical milestones throughout the project to ensure the best customer experience

- Will provide direction, reporting, and analytical guidance to project team and may include outside suppliers/vendors.
- Recommends and takes action to direct problem analysis resolution.
- Under limited supervision, reviews and analyzes data to determine project team and supplier/vendor performance, makes recommendations on improvement opportunities, identifies anomalies, and monitors integrity of data.
- Works as a team member and may be responsible for ensuring projects are within allotted timeline and budget.
- May identify resources needs (shortfalls and/or streamlining opportunities).
- Creates and disseminates detailed status reports and may create or contribute to executive level presentations.
- Attends and may lead project meetings and is responsible for the tracking and analysis of specific projects.
- Ensure adherences to quality standards and reviews project deliverables.
- Communicates to internal team members, upper level leadership, and to client/vendors.
- Individual must be highly proficient in Excel, savvy in manipulating and analysing data with knowledge to create and generate reports.

- Legacy systems TRACE - Netmart - PART - ACMS. (2+ years)
- Microsoft Office Suites. (3+ years)
