Network Compliance Specialist

Yoh has a contract opportunity for a NETWORK COMPLIANCE SPECIALIST to join our client in Overland Park, KS.

JOB OVERVIEW:

This position directly interfaces with internal customers in the creation, deletion and ongoing management of user accounts in complex Operational Support System (OSS) network environments. The position will work with IAM representatives from multiple clients in support of their identity management, user provisioning, federated access management services, and IAM auditing initiatives.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Performing Tier 1 Identity and Access Management functions for Managed Services customer's critical OSS infrastructure (network elements, TACACS Servers, RADIUS Servers, LDAP Servers, Firewalls, Routers, Switches, mission/business critical applications, etc.). This includes but will not be limited to, working access requests though customer ticketing systems, responding to emails from end users, and answering phone calls.
- Collaborating with operational staff to identify and resolve production-related Identity and Access Management issues on OSS network elements
- Interface with end users, troubleshoot and document issues. Understand technical processes and document areas for improvement and issues that may need further escalation.
- Assist Tier II team in relevant migrations, audits and other projects as needed
- Interpret and communicate customer security policies and standards to Managers and End users.
- Creating and updating documentation and job aids for new processes
- Supporting an on-call rotation and possible off hours work

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

- Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
- Proven track record of meeting objectives
- Experience with Microsoft Word/Excel/PowerPoint
- Ability to learn information and network security fundamentals

PREFERRED JOB SKILLS/EXPERIENCE/KNOWLEDGE:

- Experience with trouble ticketing and help desk systems is a plus
- Understanding of Unix and/or Linux systems is strongly desired
- Understating of TCP/IP is strongly desired
