Network Collections Specialist Job

NETWORK COLLECTIONS SPECIALIST needed for a long term contract opportunity with OUR CLIENT located in PITTSBURGH, PA.

THE BIG PICTURE - TOP SKILLS SHOULD YOU POSSESS:

- MS Excel
- B2B Collections
- Customer Service oriented

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Perform B2B collection responsibilities for high volume of supplier.
- Reconcile supplier accounts; resolve billing discrepancies.
- Prepare and code accurate files needed for cash application.
- Spend 85% of time making inbound/outbound calls.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Business to Business collections/customer service experience.
- Proficiency with MS Excel.
- Previous ERP experience, SAP a plus.
- Detail oriented/Ability to multi-task.
- Self starter/Team Oriented.
