ConSol Partners client is a technology company seeking a Network Architect,The Network Architect will be working on a contract basis which holds great potential to add value to your already strong skill set and experience.
JOB TITLE: Network Architect
LOCATION: Louvain-la-Neuve
CONTRACT LENGTH: Contract for 12 months + Extensions
LANGUAGE REQUIREMENT: English
As a Network Architect, you will act as our ambassador in the Network teams of our customers, active throughout the lifetime of a customer project and even in the maintenance phase, studying their specific architecture, proposing the most sensible and efficient integration of our product in any particular telco core network, and accompanying customer network evolutions.
You will also be a key actor of our continuous improvement process, focusing on Network integrations, to make it always faster, more efficient, easier. You will also ensure that you are always one step ahead and already aware of new possibilities offered by upcoming technologies (eg Network Function Virtualization, 5G, Netconf, etc.), and identify transition paths for our product integrations towards such new technologies.
As part of the Operations team, you will have dynamic exchanges with other customer-exposed engineers, and benefit from their experience. You will work in close interaction with major contributors to the Multipath TCP protocol and implementation, as well as with key actors of the telecom world, in Belgium and internationally. You will be in contact with many operators and vendors, with great opportunities for learning and get vision on the global picture, also participating in Operator meetings (eg Ripe, Nano, standardization meetings).
Must be an EU Citizen or have the right to work in Belgium.
