Network and Security Administrator Senior

Fujitsu Belgium is actively looking for a network and security engineer senior to work in Brussels - for a part of the European commission.

TASKS

- Serve as technical lead for designing, architecting, costing, planning, assessing, implementing and/or migrating of the production environment for HQ and Delegations.
- Implementation, operational management and maintenance of test environment.
- Troubleshooting of escalated operational incidents.
- Integration and test of new software versions, service packs, configuration changes.
- Participate to the roll-out of new ICT projects.
- Drafting of procedures, installation notices and scripts for the integration, installation and upgrade of services.
- Development of scripts to improve central management and control facilities (central alerting, central logging, central security polices implementation ...).
- Writing of operational guidelines for the local system administrators.
- Management of central monitoring infrastructure.
- Debugging of Network problems.
- Participation in training seminars for IT officers.
- On-site installation/migration/repair and assessment missions in Delegations.
- Operate in accordance with the defined ITIL processes and procedures (incident, change, problem, etc).

SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE IN SECURITY:

- Windows 2003, 2008 Server and Active Directory.
- Microsoft Office Products (Office XP, Office 2003, 2010).
- Client environment (Windows XP).
- Windows Group Policies (GPO).
- Windows configuration and troubleshooting (registry, configuration files, )
- Patch management.
- Security management.
- Landesk experience
- Mcafee Epolicy
- Microsoft Wsus

SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE IN NETWORK:

- Windows 2003, 2008 Server and Active Directory.
- Microsoft Exchange 2003, 2010 administration.
- Symantec Back-up Exec software.
- Netapp Storage.
- Internet environment (browsers, IIS, TCP/IP).
- Microsoft Office Products (Office XP, Office 2003, 2010).
- Client environment.
- TCP/IP protocol and related services in a Windows 2003, 2008environment: DNS, DHCP, WINS.
- Windows and Exchange disaster-recovery procedures.
- Connectivity - Fiber Channel -Flex 10

MINIMAL EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

- ITIL foundations certification
- Experience as LSA- 8 years (5 years if university degree)
- Incident & problem management - 2 years
- Enhanced Network experience - 2 years
- Relevant experience in security - 2 years
- Relevant certifications (CCSA, CCNA Security)
- Experience with network based IDS/IPS, particularly PaloAlto and Splunk
- Experience with load balancing, both local and global, F5
- Experience with application delivery devices
