Network Analyst

OUR DIRECT CLIENT IN LOS ANGELES AREA IS SEEKING A NETWORK ANALYST TO WORK ON THIS LONG TERM CONTRACT. THE PERSON WILL BE WORKING ON WAFS (WEB APPLICATION FIREWALLS)

Overtime: Straight time

- Application of adult learning principles for the development of engaging content
- Skilled facilitator Collaborative and flexible, ability to work with multiple priorities simultaneously
- Previous experience working with service management initiatives Technical Knowledge: Expertise with Remedy Change Management and Problem Management modules, ITIL, and service management
- WAFS (Web Application Firewalls), preferably with F5's BigIP ASM Module AND Checkpoint Firewalls
- Extensive knowledge of BMC Remedy Suite Version 7.5/6.
- Specifically, strong knowledge with Remedy Change Mgt, Configuration Mgt, Incident Mgt and Problem Mgt Modules.
- ITIL certification required.
