Job Requirements:

Experience Level: 6-10 Years.

Skill Set:
As a skilled specialist, completes tasks in creative and effective ways; Incumbent's ability encompasses full knowledge required within specialty area; Typically, assists in the design and develops approaches that are implemented by others; Is able to function fairly independently with some oversight and direction; May instruct and guide lower level technical professionals; Experience with ACD or Call Center applications; Excellent computer skills; Excellent interpersonal skills; Excellent verbal and written communications skills.

Work Hours: 8am - 5pm

Experience Requirements: 6-10 Years of Telephony experience; Technical experience in Cisco products, LAN/WAN, Routers and Switches, ACD, IVR, PBX and Nortel Passport.

Daily Responsibilities:
Oversees vendors to ensure they properly handle the daily operations of the telephone systems. Provides vendor support for more complex problems; Coordinates and facilitates moves, adds and changes for voice services, with some supervision; Responsible for telephony problem resolution, escalation, and after-hours support coordination; Provides administrative support (eg writing documentation for tickets, updating and maintaining logs, etc.); Assists in developing and executing project plans.
