Projektbeschreibung
- The CRM solution architect should have experience in product modelling and can construct catalogue that simplify the sales experience (commercial catalogue), whilst enabling complexity in the Back Office.
- Telecoms BSS domain knowledge essential.
- Drive CPQ design to produce optimal order capture flows with our clients Industry Cloud applications.
- Understand the SID Model.
- Working closely and Advising the customer and working with the Customer Architects and Product Marketing team.
- 5+ years' experience of working on deployment teams throughout the project life cycle, ideally using Agile development techniques.
- Proven track record of successful delivery of customer projects, preferably enterprise CRM implementations.
- Extensive experience of at least one of our target industries - telecommunications, media, insurance, health insurance or public sector
- Excellent communication skills, equally comfortable with crafting (Fluent English language, written/spoken)
- Emails as leading a white-board discussion with customers or delivering a functional demo.
- Experience with Product modelling, Product catalog and CPQ solutions (eg Siebel, Apttus, Steelbrick, NetCracker, Amdocs, etc) and Salesforce
- Order Management Experience
