Responsibilities
Install, configure and test Netcool
Manage System Changes
Manage Performance/Capacity and problem management on Netcool
Develop Systems Operations Functions & Recovery Procedures
Use Systems Monitor Tools
System Performance Tuning
Design Systems Management Strategy
Experience Needed:
Technical knowledge and experience with Tivoli/Netcool
Systems Management and Monitoring Tools
Knowledge of Configuration Management
Knowledge of Asset and Change Management
Personal:
Ability to work within an international environment
Team player and self starter
Language:
English on a professional level
(German will be considered a plus)
