Profs4U is urgently looking for a Netbackup Specialist/Administrator for an International client,
Contract period of 2 months +, Work location in the area of Brussels,
Starting ASAP. 32 hours per week (mo-th), Excellent daily rate,
Closing date 23/05/2014 - 12:00.
For an international client we are looking for a Netbackup Specialist/Administrator, which need to have minimal very good knowledge of Netbackup version 7.5...
Tasks (moving 1000+ clients from VTL/tape towards Sepaton OST device)
- Setup and change SLP/policies
- Change naming conventions in NBU
- Upgrade client agents if needed
- Reconnect client towards other media/master Servers
- Firewall changes (give guidance to the network team)
- Work independently, so recent Netbackup > 7.5 administration knowledge is a must
- Good communication within the backup team (3 people will do also client migrations) is crucial
- Internal customer procedures need to change also, so structured way of working is needed
- Communicate openly when something will go wrong!
Working language is English, Dutch/French is an advantage.
