NETBACKUP ENGINEER
Our client, an international financial services company, is currently looking for an experienced NetBackup Engineer with strong skills in backup architecture and solutions in a large-scale environment.
MAIN TASKS & RESPNSIBILITIES:
- Design of the next gerneration Backup Architecture
- Support evaluation of a Disk based Backend solution
- Designing solutions and standards for the environment based on explicit requirements
- Documenting results, designs, solution papers, test plans
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- Expert knowledge of latest NetBackup versions
- Expertise in leading backup deduplication solutions
- Experience with VMware backup integration
- Experience with database backup integration
- Good understanding of network concepts
- Experience with RedHat Linux and Windows operating systems
- Ability to understand impact of individual solutions/components on the larger end-to-end environment
