NET Tech Lead/German Speaker

Technical Skills
- 7+years' experience developing in .net languages, specifically C#
- 5+years' experience of database development and design, ideally on SQL server and Oracle
- Strong knowledge of different integration approaches like web services, message queues, etc.
- Several years experience as a solution architect
- Experience of implementing multi-tier applications with SOA (Service oriented architecture).
- Hands on experience on ASP.NET MVC and WPF
- Professional experience integrating 3rd party vendor systems
- Experience in Agile engineering practices like continuous integration, unit testing, deployment automation
Responsibility
- Technical Project Lead for Charles River Integration Layer (CRIL) Project in Asset Management
- Full stack Lead Developer and Solution Architect
- Conceptual design & implement of new integration projects, end to end across the platform and through all layers
- Lead a passionate project team of offshore and onshore members including developers, QAs and BAs
- Mentoring of developers
- Integration with CS and 3rd party applications
- Actively encourage Agile methodologies including Scrum/Kanban including Scrum Master responsibilities
- Road map planning, release planning, sprint planning & backlog grooming
- Collaborate with business, business analysts and subject matter experts to clarify requirements
- Closely liaise with infrastructure and support teams to manage deployments and support issues
- Own the development environment (setup, build and release management, configuration management)
- Own the solution architecture document
- Assist with 1st level support for greenfield components
- Assist with 2nd to 3rd level support for brownfield components including Beta Engine, the central Asset Management Index Solution platform

- Very good understanding of Asset Management and the asset class universe
- Good understanding of any of the following is a big asset:
- Index business/passive fund management
- Trade flow
- Cash Management/Daily Invest
- Asset Allocation
- Portfolio hedging
- Good written and verbal communication
- Fluent in English, German an asset
