.Net Supporter wanted for our Zurich based client in the banking sector.
YOUR EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
- Graduate Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or in another relevant area
- Expertise in Enterprise System Integration on Microsoft systems, SQL Server and .NET along with sound knowledge of developing with Oracle
- Strong background in PL/SQL as well as development experience of Java applications
- Hands on experience in Unit Testing besides the ability to take ownership of production issues
- Effective analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills and the capability to take responsibility from start to finish
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken, German would be an asset
YOUR TASKS:
- Responsible for the analysis and solution development of the application if required
- Migrating of an existing Microsoft system to a new Oracle application
- Cooperating with 2nd level support teams in incident resolution for global users along with responding to 3rd Level support requests of the company's customer screening application
- Managing the impact analysis and solution development for complex data migrations
