NET/SQL Engineer with International Travel

Our Alpharetta, GA client is seeking a .NET/SQL engineer to join their team on a long term contract basis.

Technical Skills
REQUIRED (IN ORDER OF IMPORTANCE)

- (3+ years) level knowledge of MS-SQL server 2005 or 2008
- (3+ years) level knowledge of C#
- (3+ years) level knowledge of Visual Studio environment
- Intermediate to expert level knowledge of MS-Reporting services
- Basic knowledge of ASP.NET
- Intermediate level knowledge of Windows security (server or XP)
- .NET/Web Services

EXPERIENCE

- PREFER EXPERIENCE in the Control, Automation or MES fields OR in Manufacturing or MMM Industries but this is not required. Must be willing to learn.
- Quality assurance, and related quality documentation focus
- Understand scope, push back or escalate as appropriate when scope creep is identified
- Identify project risks and communicate those with options to the Project Manager or Technical Lead.
- Willing to travel
- Ability to interact with customers
- Verbal communication skills
- Interpret customer requests and ability to respond in non-tech-speak
