NET Software Development Engineer

Work within the fast growing, startup environment of the software services group to design, develop and implement a service usage data collection and management application. The business group is developing a ground breaking solution targeted at small and medium business to provide a usage, monthly fee based business application computing solution. The solution is a cloud computing solution with the peace of mind of on premise server hardware and data.

DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- You'll have the opportunity to design and develop a critical piece of the businesses overall service usage management, billing, and payment solution.
- Design and develop a conversion application to convert data from multiple formats (XML, SQL, CSV file, etc.) and sources into a consolidated data repository for input, in a standard format, into a service billing system
- Coordinate across the IHC software (ISV) on boarding team and the billing system team to understand each software suppliers usage reporting capabilities and map those for processing by the conversion application, for input into the billing system
- Coordinate with the billing system team and ISV team to perform end-to-end testing of changes/enhancements to the conversion application thru the billing system
- Application troubleshooting, maintenance and bug fixes
- Manage the application change control process and validation of releases
- Data reporting and analysis
- Responding to, and troubleshooting data flow failures and data quality issues.

NECESSARY SKILLS (MUST HAVE):

- .NET Development, MS/SQL, XML
