NET Software Developer

Position Title: .NET Software Developer

Duration: Contract, 6months +

Location: Atlanta, GA (Midtown)

Our client is seeking an application developer for the creation of a new mission critical system. The ideal candidate will be an experienced .NET developer with a minimum of 5 years of experience using Microsoft development tools and practices. The .NET Developer should have an excellent grasp of the .NET Framework (3.5 and higher) including ASP.NET and VB.NET to work on client's application development team for their new distribution system.

MINIMUM Requirements:

- Solid understanding of user interface design principles
- Thorough understanding of the .NET framework
- 5+ years of experience with the following: n-tier architecture development, web application development, service oriented design
- 5+ years of experience coding in VB.NET and ASP.NET (.NET 3.5 and above)
- Strong debugging, coding, and analysis skills
- Ability to provide high quality code for mission critical applications
- Experience with ExtJS not required but a plus
