Net Revenue Controller

Net Revenue Controller - up to £420 per day, based in Brentford

Our client is a world leading Pharmaceutical company seeking a Net Revenue controller to develop and support the Net Revenue Management landscape and drive innovative changes to systems, processes, reporting, metrics, tools with the objective of driving improved Net Revenue and profit delivery.

Specialised Knowledge:
- Expertise in working within/leading cross-functional projects
- Expertise in FMCG commercial business partnering finance support, ideally sales channels and Embedded customer hierarchies
- Expertise in Trade Funds management, and evaluation of pricing and promotional strategy
- Expertise in International Accounting Standards for revenue reporting/treatment

Basic Requirements:
- Financial acumen - qualified accountant with a proven track record
- Strong leadership and influencing skills
- Confident & credible in front of senior management
- Instinctively able to challenge status quo with healthy balance of assertiveness and tact
- Track record of ability to build good working relationships internally and externally
- High intellectual capacity that can deal with strategic issues, process and operational challenges interchangeably
- High level of resilience under pressure 
- Track record of effective prioritization and decision making, ideally during a period of significant business change
- Ability to adapt plans and ways of working and to confidently articulate alternative plans and strategies and to demonstrate strong leadership in an uncertain environment
- Strong continuous improvement/change management skills
