NET AND/OR JAVA DEVELOPERS

My client is urgently looking for a number of Midrange Developers to work on an Online Form project.

The intent of the project is to deliver new and improved digital functionality that supports contemporary service and an improved client experience. The new functionality will take advantage of the latest mobile technology and global trends. It will be developed in a way that allows for new and improved services to be added and/or replaced in a seamless, co-ordinated way.

ROLE OVERVIEW;

- Provide knowledge of Midrange development skills with Java and/or .Net; or
- Provide knowledge of UI development skills with JQuery, Media Query, HTML 5, CSSC 3, JavaScript to:
- Mobile optimised and improved usability of existing online content
- Mobile optimised and improved usability of existing online digital services
- Offering a number of new digital services through Online that move customers from paper and telephony channels to online. Specifically online forms (to ICP and Siebel) and a 'Pay Now' option.
- Providing improved visibility of client information to authenticated users, including the provision of HELP/SFSS and FBT account
- Review Functional Design documentation and escalate potential issues or gaps
- Complete required software build changes as per Functional Design and in accordance with the Build/Test processes and build checklists
- Create or update existing technical documentation
- Assist with investigation and analysis of software development issues;

KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED;

- Demonstrate development experience of IOS and Android would be an advantage
- Demonstrate ability and willingness to operate under flexible working arrangements.
- Ability to work with project managers, project team members and business representatives to deliver project outcomes
- Demonstrate ability to be self motivated with minimal direct management and a demonstrated commitment to meeting deadlines
- Demonstrate ability to share & transfer skills to other staff through mentoring, meetings, documentation etc as appropriate
- Demonstrate a minimum of 5+ years development experience in two or more of the following:
- Senior .net XML Developers
- JQuery
- Media Query
- HTML 5
- CSSC 3
- JavaScript
- UI Mobile Specialist
- Responsive design technical Specialists
