My client is looking for an experienced .NET Development Manager who is looking for a role where the technical direction of the team is key. They are looking for someone who has come from a development background but has experience in people management.
The successful candidate will be required to review code from the developers and give technical guidance. To mentor more junior team members and assist with their career development and to ensure personal skills and practices are kept current and follow industry best practice where applicable.
