NET Development Lead

Bring your experience in leading Front End development to this great opportunity working on an exciting project to manage a team of development resources to produce high quality Front End deliverables. The Front End Team Lead will have full responsibility for the user interface code and adhere to development methodologies accepted by the organization. You will have responsibility for all phases of SDLC life cycle and should provide thought leadership and guidance to this team. Offer mentorship and guidance to team members to facilitate delivery and team development. Should have excellent analytical and interpersonal abilities and provide insight into new technologies and related current trends.

REQUIRED BACKGROUND:

- Bachelor's degree CIS or related
- Experience and ability to lead and task manage software engineers and provide appropriate level of guidance and oversight to ensure delivery of engineering deliverables.
- 7+ years of Front End design and development experience with large scale web development
- 7+ years of HTML experience
- 5+ years of client side JavaScript, CSS experience
- 4+ years of jQuery experience, N-tiered applications
- 1+ years of JSON experience
- 3+ years of experience with Adobe Photoshop or Paint.NET
- 4+ years of experience with design mockup tools such as Balsamiq, Axure RP, HotGloo
- 4+ years of ASP.NET experience.
- 2-4 years of ASP.NET MVC experience.
- 1+ years of experience with Object-Relational Mappers such as Entity Framework or NHibernate.
- Solid abilities with client side performance optimization techniques.
- Knowledge of Agile Development Methodologies and frameworks such as SCRUM.
- Familiar with Team Foundation Server.
