ROLE DESCRIPTION:
A strong .NET/XAML/WPF software engineer with experience of developing UI's who can champion best practice development approaches.
MUST HAVE:
- .NET (4.0 or above).
- Windows Phone or other XAML based Windows UI.
- UI Development Experience.
- Universal App, Hub App, WPF, Silverlight.
- Solid Object Oriented development.
- Thorough appreciation of design patterns particularly those used in UI's.
- Appreciation for the pitfalls of multi-threading.
- Test Driven Development experience (with MSTest or NUnit).
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
Windows 8 or 10 Universal or Hub App experience Backend development experience MVC Web API WCF (windows communication foundation)SQL Server Entity Framework Bonus/
NICE TO HAVE EXPERIENCE:
Team Foundation Server (TFS) Deployment configuration PowerShell Windows Azure Development Modern Web Development Experience (HTML5 + AngularJS)
