SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

- University degree
- Superior analytical, evaluative, and problem-solving abilities.
- Keen attention to detail.
- 10 years experience in web application development.
- Experience in developing solutions for accountants or other compliance systems
- Experience with government reporting/communications channels is desirable
- Demonstrated ability to envision web-based services that meet consumer needs or solve business problems.
- Be a hands-on developer interested in platform development
- Knowledge of C#, ASP.NET MVC and SQL Server Skill with CSS, XHTML, One or more JavaScript frameworks, and AJAX.
- Knowledge of Internet protocols and RFC standards, database management systems, and revision control systems.
- Ability to discern user requirements and develop specifications.
- Ability to set and manage priorities judiciously.
- Proven leadership ability.
- Ability to motivate in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. Exceptionally self-motivated and directed. Ability to articulate ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- On-call availability and periodic overtime.
