NET Developer - Multiple Roles - June 2013 Contract

A fantastic opportunity has become available for experienced .NET Developers within a Government Department for a long-term contract role.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

You will be required to develop and deliver .NET code to support various Web applications, using the latest Microsoft .NET technologies. These roles form part of a broader cross functional team including developers, business analysts, client support and project management team.

SKILLS:

- Demonstrated practical experience and knowledge in programming multi-tier enterprise system delivery with Thin Client technologies;
- Experience with the following where applicable including levels of experience and complexity of work undertaken: MS Visual Studio .NET (VS2010); MS C#; MS ASP.NET; MS XML Web Services and XSL/XSLT; MS IIS; SQL 2008;
- Extensive experience in displaying initiative and working collaboratively with numerous stakeholders to deliver technical solutions within a multi-tier enterprise environment;
- A demonstrated ability to produce high-quality documentation; and
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively as a team member and/or individually.
