NET Developer Job

.NET DEVELOPER needed for a LONG-TERM CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in Hillsboro, OR.

TOP SKILLS YOU SHOULD POSSESS:

- .NET development experience
- C#
- Oracle/SQL

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- .NET Developer will maintain technical proficiency on a wide variety of technologies, including but not limited to C#, WCF, LINQ, BizTalk, and relational databases including Oracle and SQL Server.
- .NET Developer will maintain proficiency in a wide variety of processes and methodologies, including but not limited to Scrum, traditional waterfall, software quality best practices, and test driven development.
- .NET Developer will primarily use Microsoft technologies, build reusable web services and components that are made available Enterprise wide.
- .NET Developer will also refactor existing web services and components to meet Enterprise standards.
- Other duties include working effectively as a member of a multi-role team including with other developers, solution architects, enterprise architects, business analysts, project managers, testers, customers, and management.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- BS in EE, CS or related subject matter. At least 5 years experience as a software developer. At least two years experience with C#.
- At least one year experience with WCF and ASP.NET.
- At least one year experience with Test Driven Development.
- Extremely proficient at verbal and written communication. Must be comfortable running meetings and presenting information to diverse groups.
- Familiar with a variety of software development methodologies, including Scrum and traditional waterfall.

BONUS POINTS! OTHERWISE KNOWN AS PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

- MSEE
- Experience with Team Foundation Server desired.

Experience developing in an SOA/ESB environment desired.
