Net Developer - CRM Developer

- CONTRACT UNTIL JUNE 2013

A fantastic opportunity has become available for an experienced Developer within a Government Department until June 2013.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Custom components troubleshooting and issue resolution;
- Assist with resolution of CRM environment issues and defects;
- Support, training and advice for Level 2 Support;
- Solution updates - enhancements, defect resolution, patches;
- Operational improvements and enhancements;
- Assist with operational transition for completed projects, including review and completion of technical documentation;
- Establish platform recovery plans for production components;
- Plan and participate in scheduled recovery testing;
- Establish monitoring capability for business platform solutions and train support team in use;
- Develop capacity management plans for business platform solutions;
- Liaison with vendors for Level 4 troubleshooting, provision of traces, code artefacts;
- Identify and assist with refactoring work required after project handover to improve supportability and;
- Develop program release schedules for production platforms.

SELECTION CRITERIA

- Demonstrated high level expertise and experience (more than 3 years) delivering applications development services in a Microsoft .NET environment incorporating the following:Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011, ASP.NET, C#, HTML.
- SQL Server and Visual Studio and TFS
- Must have worked on AT LEAST one enterprise project in a formal software development environment using SharePoint and display a good knowledge of coding and optimisation techniques.
- Demonstrated high level of analysis skills supporting IT se and ability to engage and work collaboratively with technical and business leads;
- Knowledge of performance, capacity, infrastructure design principles in a CRM environment is desirable.
