NET Developer - Cork (Day Rate Contract)

LOCATION: CORK
CONTRACT: 6 MONTH DAY RATE
Our client is one of the country's largest software development organisations based in Cork; providing software solutions for a range of global clients in the insurance, healthcare and public sectors. They require a number of .NET Developers with a minimum of 2 years' experience in database design and development to join their team in developing and maintaining robust and huge scalable systems that will challenge your technical ability.
This is a very active role at both technical design and code level. It is a fantastic opportunity to get hands on experience in delivering on significant enterprise applications.
IDEALLY YOU WILL HAVE:
- Extensive commercial development experience in C# and ASP.NET.
- Excellent knowledge of MS SQL Server including Strong T-SQL (Stored Procedure) skills.
- Good level of knowledge of XML/Web Services/ADO.NET/LINQ and UI development.
- Not essential but desired experience in Data Extraction, Transforming and Loading (ETL) between systems using SQL tools (SSIS, DTS, Bulk Insert, BCP, XML)
CORK LOCATION: 10 minutes from city centre, great food & busy arts scene with low rental rates
