Finite's influential government client is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced .NET DEVELOPER to join their team beginning 1 July 2013 for an initial period of 12 months.

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL BE REQUIRED TO:

- Engage in software development tasks including web-based applications development through all phases of the system development life cycle.  Responsibilities may include analysis and verification of functional and non-functional solution requirements, development of detailed system design specifications and solution prototypes and delivery and implementation of applications solutions to meet business needs;
- Develop and implement business system solutions to agreed time, cost and quality requirements and comply with appropriate policy and guidelines specified within ISB's Project Management, Systems Development, Solutions Architecture and ICT Service Management frameworks;
- Provide systems support to meet customer demand for the resolution of incidents, problems, service requests and business improvement initiatives;
- Research and evaluate new technologies, software solutions and opportunities for business improvement as required.  Utilise and promote best practise methodologies for applications management and development; and
- Provide technical advice to other ISB staff and participate in skills transfer as required and mentor junior staff.

CANDIDATES MUST POSSESS A CURRENT SECURITY CLEARANCE OF AT LEAST NV1 (SECRET).
