NET Developer (Automation)

Our client is currently searching for a analyst / developer with experience of automatization of deployers for .net.
This is an exciting opportunity to move the client to continuous delivery of .net applications.
You are responsible for the build and deployment in the integration test environments.
You will work within a team of release coordinators who deliver installation packages for acceptance testing and production.
Knowledge of Application Lifecycle principles is required for the different phases of the software delivery process, from development to deployment in production.

Main Tasks
- Implements and automates the Build Deployment Framework process for the bpost .NET Applications
- Takes part in the design process of this framework.
- Creates and maintains technical documentation.
- Performs integration testing
- Supports the operational teams for troubleshooting, deployment, application maintenance

Technical Skills/Requirements
- A minimum 5 years of experience in .NET;
- Hands on experience with Software Engineering best practices such as build automation, Continuous Integration/Delivery;
- Understands the concepts of Application LifeCycle Management (quality assurance, release management, …);
- in depth knowledge of Continuous Integration Tools is desired (Jenkins, Artifactory, Build Frameworks);
- Familiarity with powershell scripting;
- Experience with relational databases ( MS/SQL);
- Adequate experience in system analysis and design, development, testing, implementation and support;
- Sufficient knowledge of Windows(x) server administration (IIS, user access control, scheduled tasks, console applications).
