NET Developer/Analyst

Seeking well rounded IT WEB ANALYST/.NET DEV-mixof Front End and Back End work.

The IT Web Analyst will also develop and implement website technology for internal departments.

In addition, this position will assist with website application enhancements and modifications; assist end-users of website technology, including analysing and resolving issues and providing ongoing training and best-practice information; and assist with the development and implementation of departmental policies and procedures.

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Four-year college degree or equivalent
- Solid .NET developer with SQL required
- 4+ years' website design/layout experience with progressive responsibility including involvement with Middleware and Back End database systems
- Experience with SharePoint administration and development
- Experience with SQL Reporting services
- Experience with web tools such as HTML, JavaScript, Cascading Style Sheets, Adobe Photoshop, and content management tools
- Experience in additional web technologies and databases, such as ASP.NET, ADO, XML, XSL, XSLT and MS SQL Server Database
- Experience with business process analysis and change management processes
- Proven project management skills with the ability to keep track of, prioritize and report status of multiple projects; exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to follow through on tasks
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with demonstrated ability to communicate technical issues with non-technical personnel
- Ability to maintain contemporary knowledge of web and SharePoint technology
- Strong interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated customer service oriented attitude
- Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with team members, Member Firms, and vendors
- Experience in the life insurance or financial services industry a plus
