All qualifying experience must be at the professional level in an IT environment and must include the ability to collaborate and support standardization efforts
- 5 years of architectural experience
- 5 years of relational database design experience
- 5 years of web-based development and support experience
- 5 years of .NET and ASP programming experience
- 3 years of experience defining the technical/business architecture for an enterprise IAM solution
- Experience with state and/or local government
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of Oracle Identity Management suite
- Knowledge of and strong familiarity with published documentation from the National Institute for Standards and Technology (NIST) and Federal Information Processing Standards (FIPS)
