SKILLS:

- Experience with Government Standards such as Nora, Stuf, etc
- solid experience as dot.NET website developer. (Back End of websites)
- Experience with web development for government organizations focused on entrepreneurs.
- experience with Tridion (CMS).
- Experience with unit testing
- broad experience in a scrum/agile development
- Experience with Continuous Integration.
- Experience with the techniques: json, XML, SQLServer, HTML5, CSS3, Javascript
- Experience with framworks: Entity Framework and WebPages model and/or MVC
- Experience with Tooling: Maven and Jenkins SoapUI
- Experience with the following methods:
- Design Patterns
- Object Oriented Modeling
- Component-based development
- Web
- Service Oriented Architecture (SOA)
- Test Driven Development (TDD)
