Net Developer

We are seeking a results-driven, team-oriented, self-motivated professional who combines exceptional technical credentials with a high degree of business acumen and effective communication skills for the position of Senior Software Engineer. This candidate would be responsible for working with a team coach, tech coach, and development team to develop applications within the technology group. Ensuring the use of Agile practices and maintaining high code quality practices are among other responsibilities of this role.

KEY TECHNOLOGIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Programming Languages - C#.
Relational Database - MS SQL Server.
Web Technologies - ASP.NET, MVC, HTML, JavaScript, AngularJS, XML, XSL.
Operating Systems - Windows 2008 R2, Windows 2012.
Unit Testing - MSTest, QUnit & Nunit.
Design, develop and deliver software on cutting edge platforms in C#, ASP.NET & Javascript.
Implement Object Oriented designs applying working knowledge of design patterns in presentation, data and business modules.
Collaborate with Lead Software Engineer and Architects on design decisions and direction for application requirements.
Mentor junior team members.
Troubleshoot user issues, working with development team, business, operations, customer service and users.
Contribute to requirement and design reviews with business partners and other engineers.
Facilitate and fulfil tasks as a member of an agile team, using agile practices (eg peer reviews and paired programming, Test Driven Development, daily stand up meetings).

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
A four-year degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Computer Engineering.
3 - 5 years of experience in a technology environment.
Experience with following technologies
o C#, ASP.NET, MVC
o MS SQL Server 2008 R2 and above
o XML, Javascript, JQuery
Experience with building web applications.
General understanding of software development quality processes.
Experience with requirement gathering and analysis process.
Proven problem solving capabilities.
Proven written and oral communication skills.
