Net Developer

We at Proteus Europe are currently seeking a Technical Designer, specializing in .NET technologies, to begin work on a 12 Month+ contract for a client of ours, a major Insurance firm, based in Brussels.

English is the only mandatory language requirement for this vacancy but if you can speak either Dutch or French, this is highly advantageous.

YOUR ROLE WILL BE TO:

- Implement functional requirement according to the analysis in close cooperation with the team's functional designers, following rules and standards used by our client.
- Participate to the study of several technical solutions foreseen with the client.
- Actively participate to development cost evaluation of a work request.
- Test the functionality that you deliver using unit testing and insure a good quality of the code.
- Write SQL Server queries.

YOUR TECHNICAL EXPERIENCE:

- SQL Server
- Microsoft .NET 4.0/4.5 knowledge including ASP.NET, C#, Linq (to SQL)
- HTML
- JavaScript
- Visual Studio Unit Testing (Desirable)
- XML, XPath (Desirable)
- JQuery (Desirable)
