POSITION TITLE: .NET DEVELOPER

LOCATION: MINNEAPOLIS, MN 55415

WORK TYPE: W-2, CORP TO CORP, 1099

CONTACT DURATION: 4 MONTHS (STRONG POSSIBILITY OF EXTENSION)

DESCRIPTION OF WORK TO BE PERFORMED AND THE SPECIFIC SKILL SETS NEEDED: 

End-to-end Microsoft .NET system development using Visual Studio 2012, including developing database connections using entity framework, familiarity with C#/MVC programming, ability to work in Agile team environment. Also need understanding of claims-based security and secure programming methods.

LIST OF DELIVERABLES, EG WHAT THE CONSULTANT(S) WILL BE EXPECTED TO ACCOMPLISH: ­

Design and develop user interfaces pages and controller code from specifcations that will be provided.  The specifications will include user interface wire frames,  user interface requirements document and a UML diagram.  The code will be accepted after a review by development team members.

IMPACT/OUTCOME FROM A BUSINESS PERSPECTIVE:  

Migration of these systems will allow the Department to continue to support these applications.  These applications will also be better positioned to allow them to be accessed through the e-gov portal for online access by clinics (CLEO) for Real Time reporting of client results.
