Net Developer

The contractor will help analyze, design and program as we upgrade existing Universal Operations center database (UOC) to an improved design using Visual Studio 2010, .NET 4, Team Foundation Server, ASP.NET and WCF services in a SQL Server environment.

The applications include three web applications, five console applications, and a web service where shared business logic will reside and be used throughout UOC. The web and console applications support UOC meter data maintenance and readings. The contractor will also help with ensuring other applications execute as desired when using the improved UOC database design.

REQUIRED MINIMAL EXPERIENCE:

- 5+ years coding with VB.NET, C#
- 3+ years with C++, ASP .Net, XML
- 3+ years of database design and implementation in SQL Server
- 2 years of LinQ, Entity Framework
- 1 year experience with WCF Service and Web Service

EDUCATION:

- Associates Degree; Required.
- Bachelor's Degree; Preferred.
- Area of Study: Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or related degree.
