NET Developer

Hands-on development position responsible for architectural system design. Designs, develops, and constructs application systems and consults with clients to refine application needs. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Architect and Develop for Microsoft SharePoint Portal for external sites. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Leads and directs the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Requires a bachelor's degree or higher in area of specialty and at least 10-15 years of experience in the field or in a related area.

REQUIRED:

- .NET 3.0 Framework, C#, HTML5, ASP.NET, XML, Web Services, WWF, WPF, WCF, AJAX Technologies, Silverlight, Microsoft SharePoint Server 2010, Microsoft SharePoint Foundation 2010, FAST Search Server 2010 for SharePoint, Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2007 (MOSS 2007), Windows SharePoint Services 3.0 (WSS 3.0), JQuery mobile
- An in depth knowledge of portal solution architecting, designing, developing, performance tuning, capacity planning and problem solving.
- Experience in developing and building Web Parts using SharePoint object model using Visual Studio 2010
- Experience in Systems Analysis, Design, Development and Implementation of various applications including Web, Windows and Client Server Application development
- Convert requirements into functional specifications and technical design
- Basic knowledge of Oracle databases administration, and SQL Scripting, PL/SQL
- Knowledge of version management (TFS [Team Foundation Server] knowledge preferred)
- Familiarity with high availability technologies
- Disaster recovery planning and testing
- Experience dealing with multiple tiers of an application

ADDITIONAL:

- An understanding of claims based authentication and the Business Connectivity Services (BCS) is also a plus.
- SharePoint 2007 experience is a plus
- Familiarity with Middleware concepts, and use of TIBCO/ESB for Integration Solution (Hands-on experience with these not required, but must have an understanding/knowledge of these concepts and technologies)
