Net Developer

One of our clients in the insurance sector in Brussels currently requires a .NET Developer

Start date: ASAP
Duration: 6 months
(Depending on project evolution, extension is possible)
Location: Brussels Centre

- Context of the mission

Our client is continuously working on its existing back- and Front Office applications. Next to the usual maintenance effort, there is alarge pipeline of projects to be realised in the coming years.
The majority of the applications are multi-tier applications with business and data layer on Mainframe side (Cobol/DB2) and presentation layer developed in .NET.

* Min. 2 years of professional experience in an IT Services environment
* Insurance experience

Technical experience required

* Min 3 years of technical experience
* Advanced knowledge of ASP.NET and C# 4.0 technologies.
* Visual Studio 2010
* Jquery.
* Entity Framework
* Experience with websites and applications design

Preferable

* SQL Server 2008, Stored procedures
* WPF
* SSIS

Functional experience required

* Experience of Client Server web based applications
* MVC, state machine

- Objective of the job

Develop and maintain business WEB-applications in ASP.NET/C#.
