The .NET Technical Profile is typically comprised of some/all of the following attributes:
Extensive commercial development experience in database design and development including enterprise data warehouse principles
Software development using Agile methodologies
Extensive commercial development experience in C# and ASP.NET
Data Extraction, Transforming and Loading (ETL) between systems using SQL tools (SSIS, DTS, Bulk Insert, BCP, XML) and .NET Applications.
Excellent knowledge of MS SQL Server including Strong T-SQL (Stored Procedure) skills
Commercial development experience with SOA and related technologies
Good level of knowledge/experience of XML/XSLT and XML SchemaWeb Services, ADO.NET,LINQ
Experience with .NET 3.x (WCF, WF) and VB 6.0, COM+, ASP and C++
