You will be working for a leading mobile communications company in Abingdon developing and enhancing their systems, including the specification, design, development and implementation of core information systems. To provide support for users of existing software, applications and information systems. Ensure that development standards are maintained and adhered to at all times.

The Role:
* To specify, design, develop and implement bespoke information systems in support of core business. Development will be in adhering to Software Engineering Institute development standards.
* Manage & provide user support for both existing and future development of the Internet and Extranet applications.
* Be responsible for project management by liaising with outside agencies to fulfill the project objectives within the timescale set.
*Document all systems development and modification in accordance with Software Engineering Institute development standards.
* Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of developments in software and systems development in order to apply these technologies to the Systems.

Key Skills:
Good experience and skills in each of the following:
* SQL Server 2005
* Visual Studio 2008
* Internet Information Server V6.0
* C# / ASP.NET 3.5
* XHTML
* SQL Reporting Services
* MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access)
* MS Windows XP / Vista

Desirable but not essential key skills:
* XML / XSLT
* Working knowledge of N-Tier Architecture
* AJAX
* CSS
* Accessibility Standards

Essential Qualifications Required:
* 2-3 years in Web Application development using Microsoft Technologies.
* 2-3 Years experience in ASP.NET
* 1-2 years experience in SQL Server.
Ideal Qualifications:
* Experience of developing extranet systems
