On behalf of one of our major client, Randstad IT Professionals is actively looking for a .NET/C# developer.

SCOPE OF WORK

- A challenging role as a C# Developer in a fast paced environment
- A project using latest technologies to develop a Real Time data analytics platform for the FX SALES BUSINESS

- Full product life cycle development environments, ie from requirements gathering through implementation to release

DESIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATION

- 5+ years C# DEVELOPMENT experience and knowledge of advanced programming practices, eg design patterns.
- In depth understanding of OO PRINCIPLES
- RDBMS experience (eg SQL Server/Oracle)
- Experience of Unit Testing (eg NUNIT) and Mocking (eg MOQ).
- Experience of describing systems using UML or other diagrams/models (Flowcharts/Swim lanes, ER, Block)
- SILVERLIGHT/WPF experience preferred
- Interest in developing Real Time systems with large volumes of data
- Understanding of AGILE practices, including test driven development and refactoring
- Knowledge of 3rd party .NET FRAMEWORKS and tools (minimum 5 years)
- GUI experience
- Being proactive and take ownership of tasks
- Experience of developing enterprise systems
- Motivated and enthusiastic team player
- BACHELOR/MASTER DEGREE preferred
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
