C# Developer Operations
The successful candidate will be expected to have strong technical support experience to assist with the support and development of the company's product catalogue
This role requires the successful candidate to have a strong technical background, and to quickly gain an understanding of the product architecture.
The successful candidate will be part of the team in Dublin to ensure that a high quality service is delivered to customers and adherence to contractual SLAs.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide technical support to internal clients, while effectively managing expectations
Investigate, reproduce and resolve various technical problems related to Application, Database, Application Servers, Middleware, Operation systems.
Prepare test cases, releases notes, and test releases.
Work on global Incident, Problem and IT Working Group queues
Contribute to Knowledge Base
Feedback product improvement suggestions to IT/Business Development management
Provide weekly project status management updates
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 3 years' experience working in a technical support role, providing technical support for .NET Applications and SQL Server
3 years' plus development experience with C# and .NET programming languages
Good Microsoft Excel 2010 VBA knowledge.
JSON knowledge is an advantage.
