*You experiment. Creating working POC's is a part of the job.
*As you will be supporting multiple agile teams you are not afraid of context Switches

*.NET/C#: an in depth knowledge of the .NET platform.
*SOLID principles
*WCF/rest/Soap
*WPF
*Architecture
*up to date on Patterns & practices
*Cloud approach: Azure
*Tooling & setup
*Services
*Working with/in Agile teams
*Experience as SCRUM master is a plus
