ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Building a new System which houses Worker Comp Records
- Responsible for the development of a complete set of architectural frameworks.
- Co-team with the Solutions Architect to produce a technical specification for custom development and systems integration requirements.
- Produce a detailed technical design document to match the solution design specifications
- Complete/oversee the custom development and quality assurance efforts for custom work
- Participate and lead, when needed, the project meetings with the customer
- Provide Customer Training as required

REQUIRED SKILLS:

- Expertise in Technology architecture, Framework and Component design, Service Oriented Architecture, Object Oriented Architecture and Design, Data modelling and Testing, Application security and integration.
- Experience with Health Care AND/OR Workers Comp
- Should have hands-on expertise in some of the following technologies/Framework: C#, ASP.NET, MVC, WWF, WCF,WPF, HTML5
- Familiarity with SHAREPOINT AND WINDOWS AZURE
- Good knowledge and understanding of Web Service API's for integration purposes
- .NET/SQL/Architecture certifications.
- Design and Implement scalable .NET APPLICATIONS.
- Experience of software development methodologies and structured approaches to system.
- Strong knowledge of design, architectural patterns, tools and Frameworks.
- Exposure to IT system management and operational support tools. Exposure to Security analysis and design.
- Strong experience in performance engineering.
- Strong presentation, writing and communication skills in public and private meeting forums
- Ability to understand the business requirements and converting them into solution designs
- Knowledge in web-based systems architecture, service-based architecture, enterprise application architecture as well as experience managing expectations when balancing alternatives against business and financial constraints
- Thought leadership in emerging web design technologies, web design integration, prototyping, database driven content and web based user interfaces
- Must demonstrate good judgment and pragmatic approach to delivering software that optimizes architecture activities across company needs, business constraints and technological realities
- Should have participated in, and be familiar with, Agile (Scrum) project methodologies/Waterfall model.
- Proven Development consulting experience
- Ability to work in team oriented environments
- Participate in internal projects as required
