Role: .Net Application Support
Location : Initial 2 Months will be in Slough UK and followed up with 6 months in Hungary, Budapest
Duration: 6+ Months Contract

JOB DESCRIPTION FOR THE ROLE OF.NET APPLICATION SUPPORT

Good knowledge on .Net.

Working Knowledge of on skills such as MS IIS, Win Task Scheduler

Create automated scripts and services for Support tasks

Maintain the multiple production environments

Service incident tickets

Monitor multiple environments for alerts

Will be responsible for Servicing Support Requests

Development of work arounds and automation

Infrastructure change coordination and implementation

Preventive maintenance/pre-emptive activities on live

Direct customer interaction

Application health checks and reporting

System security audits

System security threat aversion and risk mitigation

Service level analysis and review

On call and in life service management
